Remuneration Structure for the Activities of FAIR/E FRANCE and FAIR/E COURTAGE

• Wealth Structuring Advisory and Asset Consolidation

For wealth structuring and asset consolidation assignments, FAIR/E FRANCE and FAIR/E COURTAGE are remunerated through professional fees paid directly by their clients.

• Financial Investment Advisory Services (CIF)

Financial Investment Advisory services are invoiced on the basis of an annual fee calculated as a percentage of the financial assets under supervision.

Where applicable, the client agrees that fees relating to Financial Investment Advisory services may be deducted directly from the investment vehicle to which the advisory service relates (in particular capitalisation contracts), where the relevant provider is able to implement such billing arrangements. As is the case for brokerage fees, where such arrangements apply, FAIR/E will not be entitled to qualify the advisory service as independent advice within the meaning of the applicable regulations.

• Insurance Brokerage Activities (COA)

For life insurance and capitalisation contracts brokered by FAIR/E COURTAGE, remuneration is based on an annual percentage calculated on the value of the relevant contracts.

In connection with these services, the client authorises FAIR/E COURTAGE to receive remuneration directly from the insurance providers. Consequently, FAIR/E will not be entitled to qualify the advisory service provided as independent advice within the meaning of applicable regulations.

• Banking and Payment Services Brokerage Activities (COBSP)

Services provided by FAIR/E FRANCE and FAIR/E COURTAGE in connection with financing solutions (including real estate financing, Lombard loans, private debt issuances, and other financing arrangements) and transaction structuring are remunerated by a fee calculated as a percentage of the amount of financing obtained.

• Real Estate and Business Transfer Brokerage Activities

Remuneration for services provided by FAIR/E COURTAGE in connection with real estate transactions and business transfers is determined through pursuant to a specific fee arrangement agreed with the client, taking into account the nature and complexity of the transaction concerned.
