FAIR/E FRANCE SAS (hereby « Fair/e ») is a simplified joint-stock company acting as an independent family office dedicated to supporting families in the comprehensive management of their wealth, including asset allocation advisory, wealth structuring, investment strategy implementation, and family governance. Its registered office is located at 6 rue Clément Marot, 75008 Paris, and it is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 907 668 214.

Fair/e is the publisher of the website (the “ Website ”) and acts as data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) for the processing of your personal data described in this Privacy Policy. In this capacity, Fair/e is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.      

This Privacy Policy aims to provide clear, transparent, and comprehensive information regarding the processing of your personal data by Fair/e in connection with the Website, in accordance with Articles 12 et seq. of the GDPR.

What personal data do we collect?

Personal data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual.

When browsing the Website, we collect only the personal data strictly necessary for the purposes described below, in accordance with the principle of data minimisation set out in Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR.

When you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and any information you choose to include in your message, such as your first name, last name and subject of your request.

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:

• Subject and content of your message

These fields are mandatory where indicated in the form and are necessary to process your request. Failure to provide mandatory information may prevent us from responding to your enquiry.

When browsing the Website, certain technical data may be collected automatically by our hosting provider, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date and time of access. This data is collected for security purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.

Fair/e does not collect or process any “special categories of personal data” within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. Should such data be inadvertently provided, it will be deleted without undue delay. 

Why do we process your personal data, on what legal basis, and for how long do we retain it? 

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, each processing activity is carried out on the basis of an applicable legal ground. To whom do we disclose your personal data?

• Internal recipients

Your personal data is accessible only to authorised Fair/e personnel who are subject to strict confidentiality obligations, including employees and collaborators who require access in the performance of their duties (including commercial, technical, legal teams).

• Service providers and subcontractors

Your data may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions, strictly for technical and organisational purposes, including:

• Website hosting provider (EU-based servers)
• CRM provider

These providers are contractually bound by data protection obligations in accordance with the GDPR. Fair/e does not sell personal data.

We may also disclose personal data to administrative, judicial or regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary for the defence of our rights.

International data transfers outside the European Union

Fair/e prioritises the processing and storage of personal data within the European Union.

Fair/e implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be notified without undue delay, in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
